In 1979 I spend all the money "earned" with the confirmation for a super-8-camera, a viewer and a projector.

I'm an autodidact and as a teenager I made the typical holiday-documentations. All the time I was very interested in the "special functions" of a film-camera: time-lapse and slow-motion were my favourites.

During the study the first "planned" films were created in collaboration with Burkard Grygier.

In the majority of cases the technical aspects were in the fore and built the core for a special-tailored story.

Indeed I'm working as a media-designer and book-author - but if an idea for a film is knocking on my door I will adopt it ...
